Assessment and management of Dementia, Alzheimer's Disease, Geriatric Syndrome (delirium, falls, incontinence, mobility/balance problems, reduced functionality), Psycho-geriatrics including management of BPSD and Ortho-geriatrics.

To develop Holistic (including allied health options), Optimal (the most appropriate), Personalised (as each patient has his/her own unique body system embedded in his/her own social environment) care plans for Elderly which are patient-centred by working with and in partnership with the patient, family members/carers and other key stake holders.
