Dr Seema Channappagoudar

Dr Channappagoudar believes in achieving patient-centered goals by involving patients, their families, and caregivers. She has a special interest in cognitive assessment, management of behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia, perioperative medicine, frailty, falls, and bone health.Dr Channappagoudar strongly believes in continuity of care and a holistic approach. She is available to do home visits, telehealth, and nursing home visits if required.
